Longfield Community GardenLongfield Academy wants to develop a community garden on the school site. Some fruit trees were planted in spring 2020 and they have survived the summer so something has started. Also the school has been awarded a grant to develop a garden but progress on this has been delayed because of Covid. Raised beds have now been ordered and a polytunnel is planned. Working groups should start from 12 April 2021.
